Failed translations and text already in the target language are free.
Once plan quotas and credit packs are used up, overage is charged to your wallet balance: translation at $0.08 per 10K characters and AI at $0.06 per 10K tokens (adjusted by the selected model’s multiplier). Overage pauses when your balance hits zero and resumes once you top up.
Plan quotas are used first (they reset monthly and don’t roll over), then add-on credits (they never expire), and finally your wallet balance at overage rates.
Take effect immediately. You only pay the price difference for the remaining days, and can extend your term at the same time.

No. You can use the Free plan for as long as you like, and its quotas reset automatically each month. Upgrade or buy add-ons when you need more seats, accounts or translation characters.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the price difference for the remaining days. You can also add seats, accounts and credits separately at any time.
No. Downgrades and reductions take effect at the end of the current term, so you keep everything until then and renew at the new plan and quantity.

Usage beyond your plan quota draws from add-on credits first, then from your wallet balance. If your balance reaches zero, overage pauses and resumes automatically once you top up.
Text translation counts source characters, voice counts 60 characters per second, and images count 500 characters each. Failed translations and text already in the target language are free.
AI tokens are the quota used by AI features such as summaries and reply polishing. Each model uses a multiplier: lightweight 0.5×, standard 1×, enhanced 2.5× and flagship 5×.
